It is that time of year again.  Time to collect the Box Tops!  Please send all of your box tops into the school right now.  We need to get them counted, organized and submitted (in their mailbox), by November.

Don’t forget a great way you can help is to log onto their web sight at www.btfe.com and set up your account today (if you haven’t done so already).  When you are set up, you can track the progress of our school, and play games to earn points.  For those online shoppers, there are tons of online stores linked with box tops.  If you enter the other stores through the box tops web sight then your purchase will automatically send points to the school.  No extra work, just one extra click and you can help a lot!  There are also drawings you can enter to win 10,000 extra Box Tops for the school.

Please help us by collecting the box tops on the hundreds of products out there (not just cereal boxes).  This will greatly help us make much needed repairs and updates to the school.

Dear Parents and Students,

Summer is almost over and it is time to think of school again.  Hopefully everyone has had a nice summer and is looking forward to school.  We are excited for the new school year to begin!  We will still be condensing the bus runs to three trips a day.  We are again following the Am. Falls School District schedule as close as possible and will be starting our school year September 3rd, 2013.  There is a school calendar included with this letter.  Our schedule is below and recess is still the best time to contact your child.

Daily Schedule (M,T,TH,F)

9:15 – school begins

11:00 – 11:15 Recess

12:35 – 1:25 Lunch

3:00 – 3:15 Recess (Little Room)  (Big Room will have P.E. at  this time)

4:20 School Dismisses (This will be flexible depending on when the bus from Am. Falls arrives -between 4:15 – 4:30)

Wednesdays we will dismiss at 2:20 (also depending on the Am. Falls bus)

The following is the supply list for this year –

All students –

• 2 – Large Boxes of Tissues

Little Room students will need –

• 2 doz #2 yellow wood pencils (please no wrapped or foil covered pencils – they destroy our pencil sharpeners)
• Large eraser
• 24 Crayola Crayons (please NO substitutions!)
• Pencil bag

Big Room students will also need –

• 2 doz #2 wood pencils or .7 mechanical pencils with lead refills
• 3– 70 to 100 count spiral notebooks
• 1 composition notebook
• 1 pkg colored pencils
• 1 pkg colored markers
• 1 pocket homework folder
• 1 durable hand held pencil sharpener
• 1 pencil bag
• 3 red ink pens
• Running shoes for P.E. daily

Please send a book bag daily and check it daily for homework, notes, and whatever else may be in there.
